Just that really I've woke up with a headache then dc asks can I do this then can I do that. Trying to get out of the door and one hasn't got a jacket the other hasnt got a water bottle then tell me I forgot my homework etc 😑 and I've been really miserable and moody and moaned the whole way to school then shouted because dc trapped the seatbelt in the door and all really petty but now at school and il kick myself all day for being horrid I just hope they don't have bad days Sad

Aww cut yourself some slack! You can't be perfect every day. Just make after school really pleasant, I expect they will have forgotten all about it by then.

Sometimes it's just hard! When I do this I normally say sorry and explain what was going on with me when I see him next.

In the meantime if you can have a rest, a painkiller, lots of water and something to eat. Hopefully you'll feel stronger in the afternoon!
