Uneven thighs rolls? Help!

Took a picture of my 9mo earlier on while she was standing up and have noticed how uneven her rolls are on her thighs and bumcheeks. I've attached picture that I took earlier on, is this something to be worried about and to mention to health visitor/GP?
Remember reading a few months ago that thigh lines should be kind of even as if not it could possibly be hip dysplasia?

It can be a sign of hip dysplasia but sometimes it's just wonky rolls. My DS is ten months and I noticed this about four months - he'd already had a hip scan as was a breech baby and all fine, but they said just to keep note of his range of movement around his hips and his mobility.
So far we've had no issues, but the doctor didn't make me feel silly at all for giving them a ring. I have some pictures somewhere, I'll see if I can dig them out. His are two folds on one side and only one fold on the left and they don't line up.

Her bum cheeks don't really seem to be inline either, but she's crawling and standing all okay which I'm hoping is a good sign.

It could just be the way she is standing but there could be some limb length discrepancy there

Get your GP or HV to measure them. A hip Xray might be in order.

Like previous poster my girl had a hip scan due to being breech so I knew she was fine, but she has always had uneven rolls. I was told that if she stands straight and starts to walk there's almost no chance of there being a problem.
From that picture I would say her bum looks uneven as one foot is further forward than the other- just the way she's standing. Buy trying to get a baby to stand straight to compare is almost impossible!

My daughter had wonky thigh rolls and had a hip scan due to being breech and was absolutely fine. She just had wonky fat in her legs.

Definitely worth checking out, but quite possibly just the way she's leaning. Have a look again later.
