Colic baby & safe sleep

So my 8 week old has colic and a bit of reflux. We have tried all the common aids to help but nothing seems to work, so both her and I are exhausted (I average about an hours sleep a night) My daughter is most comfortable when she is in more of an upright position as I think it helps with her wind etc. I know babies are to sleep on a firm, flat surface etc but she just doesn’t like it. Has anyone else had this? Can anyone recommend anything that could help? Thank you!

Have you tried baby massage? A local children’s centre should be able to do a zoom session with you, to show you the correct massage techniques.

My daughter had colic and reflux until she was 4 months old. I did thr following:
After each feed hold her upright for 45 minutes
Tilt the mattress by putting a towel under the mattress
Drank A LOT of coffee
I know it's easier said than done, but the thing that got me through was knowing it won't be forever.
She is now 16 months old, sleeps 7-7 with no wake ups in her cot.
