Disrupted sleep, teething?

Hello,

My DS is 6 months in a weeks time and his sleeping has taken a bad turn over the last 3 nights. He was going to bed at half 7/8pm, waking for a feed at around 3am then slept until 7am. He is now waking around 1am, then at 5am, then wanting to start the day at 6am.

Is this due to teething? Or the fact he's started on some solids? He's also been having a lot looser poos for the last week.

Just feeling exhausted because hes gone from being a good sleeper to horrendous and needing to cosleep etc.

Any advice would be appreciated!

DS usually has some rubbish sleep when he's teething. He's generally a good sleeper but when his teeth are bothering him he wakes. We've found teething powders very helpful. He has a wee sachet and goes right back to sleep. I know they don't work for everyone though.
