They’re great! I used to put everything in pancakes for Dd when she was small. I’d probably add ground flax and some cheddar to up the protein and fat.

We don’t have any flax but cheddar is a good shout - thanks!

Yes, we do a pea and kale pancake (sounds foul but tastes nice!) and spread nut butter on for extra goodness. Our 16 mo loves them as a snack.

They freeze really well so we make large batches.
