Dettol wiped baby walker should i be worried

I bought a 2nd hand baby walker washed with soapy water then dettol wipes then waited for it to dry ten put lO in it he went straight for toys and tried to eat them licking them and i panicked thinking could this hurt him so i took him out washed again with water should i be worried?

If the dettol had dried its fine. No i wouldn't be worried

Dettol is harmless. As above, people used to bath in good old brown dettol and the clear surface spray is food safe and the only thing Environmental Health will let me use in our Processing facility. Perfectly safe.
