Is it nappy rash?

6mo ds has developed red spots on his willy (for want of a better word?😂). It's on the front where the nappy rubs so I'm assuming nappy rash. They are spots though so I wondered if could be anything else?

Nappy rash is caused by poo so it's probably not that. Give it 24 hours and if no better, or worse, contact GP by whatever mechanism they have e.g. online form, tomorrow
