Hi there,

I'm just wondering for anyone who has had or has a 0-2 year old has anyone experienced anxiety when going to bed with concerns that their child will wake up? If so, how anxious on a scale of 0-10 (10 being really anxious)

Also, does anyone experience spikes in anxiety in general throughout the night? If so whats the highest level of anxiety throughout the night 0-10?

Thank you so much in advance for your answers!

When my daughter was first born I had anxiety (a scale of about 8/10) every time night drew near and was always paranoid, anticipating when she would wake. It disappeared though after I got adjusted (and the hormones sorted too) after about 3 weeks or so. I dont really get spikes in the night though. Is this a personal thing, you ok OP?

Yes, it features massively as a part of my post natal anxiety. Im getting CBT for it

Is this for an article, or a study? You're asking a very personal question in a very academic manner, you should really offer more context as to what your motivation is here.
