3 year old waking - cold?

My DD has started staying in her bed all night rather than mine which started off well the first couple of weeks.

Last week or so there's been lots of wakings and then last night she was too wide awake to settle back down. The room/house gets quite cold during the night and she does have habit of kicking quilt off even if I tuck it right in.

She's currently sleeping with fleecy pyjamas but I'm wondering about getting her a gro bag again ?

Any advice please?

Could it be the 3 year old sleep regression? My grand daughter has been doing this and my daughter is just staying calm and consistent with putting her back to bed. She’s bought her a little projector that she turns on when she puts her back to bed and just explains it’s still ‘sleep time’.

We did wonder if she was cold as she also kicks off the covers but grand daughter said no, she’s always got a beaker of water in there so it can’t be thirst etc...Once we eliminated all other possibilities we have decided it’s most likely a sleep regression stage as she has the typical behaviours of it such as multiple wakings, getting up to come and find someone and just being wide awake and wanting to colour in at 2am Grin It’s been better this week though with her starting to sleep through again.
