So I got made redundant beginning of August & just got a new job! It's full time so few adjustments to make! Part from home part from office so all different! Any tips please?
Looking for easy meal suggestions?
Ways to fit in my exercise?
Do you just wear nice top & leggings at home 😂
Just general tips really ... I was 3 days a week before ... but now I have 15 mins travel rather than 50 mins before
Or I'll be mainly at home which is a little scary when learning a new role

Congratulations! 15 mins travel sounds really nice Smile. Not sure about the answers, as a lot depends on the role, just one thing: even when working from home, don't be shy to connect and ask questions, people will be nice.

Also make sure to have a good setup at home, where you can work comfortably. Mine is only a fold- up desk, but I made sure to set screens, chair everything up properly. And I still go to the office whenever I can.

I wfh ft and have done for a few years.
Make sure that there's an induction programme where you can connect via webcalls at least with others in your department/team etc.
Make sure you get an organogram. Ask for your probationary targets etc and make sure they're SMART so that you know where you stand from the outset.
Depending on the role, have a look at exemplars or examples of the "work" standards etc.
Most of all, ask questions and don't be afraid to.
Good luck.
