Covid symptoms! What about my baby

I have a 2 month old "rainbow" baby.
I also have:
Dry cough, slightly tight chest, high temp despite feeling like an ice block! Cant stop wheezing and shaking, had a temp of 39.1 middle of night. Now its 37.9... then it was 38.5 a bit later.

Jesus help me. My baby has no temp. My husband has no temp.
What do i do??? Im expressing milk and i cant stay away from my baby! 😭😭😭😭

Phone your gp surgery or 111 and ask for advice op. You'll need a covid test as well
