Hi, they say they can only backdate 3 months, has anyone had more than this before?

It took us ages to our our daughters birth certificate because of lockdown.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

You could have claimed child benefit without registering your baby first. I don't know if they will be more lenient due to covid

You did not need the certificate. Did they not tell you that?

No only 12 weeks, it literally says on the website where you print the form to claim that you dont need the birth certificate though, my little one is 4 months old, no birth certificate but we still get our child benefit :)
