Baby suddenly unable to crawl

My just turned one year old has been crawling non stop for the last month. Yesterday she wasn’t crawling at all and I thought it seemed off but maybe having a lazy day / teething. She has been trying to crawl since and keeps lying on her front doing the swimming motions or getting on her knees to crawl and then crying because she can’t do it. I’m a bit concerned. Anyone have any advice?

Sounds like one of those strange things babies do that we will never understand. I’d see how you go over the next couple of days providing she doesn’t seem in any pain / could have hurt herself. If it’s still the same situation I’d give GP a call.

Has she recently had her jabs? My youngest one completely loss the use of his legs after the 13 month jabs. It's called irritable hip syndrome. He had been crawling from 5 months and then literally if we put him on the floor, he would just lie there as he couldn't use his legs. It's one of those weird and rare, but harmless side effects. It got better after a few days and he was back to normal.

No she hasn’t had her jags yet. I’m quite worried as it’s like she’s completely forgotten what to do. This is the third day. She doesn’t seem in pain or unable to use her legs but I think it’s odd. Perhaps I should call GP for advice
