Aptamil Reflux Milk...please help?

Hi,

I've just switched my daughter onto the Aptamil Anti-Reflux milk and I am making the bottles following the guide on the carton but the formula is so foamy/bubbly. Is this correct? I'm just worried with the amount of bubbles in the bottle and don't want it to lead to wind/Colic 🙁
Also I'm now using a flask for the night feeds rather than waiting 45 mins for a kettle each time but would much rather use my prep machine. Does anybody use the prep machine with reflux formula? I'm just not sure the hot shot will kill the bacteria in the powder with it being so thick? Any advice is appreciated thank you 😊

You know if you only half full the kettle you only need to wait half the time/ two thirds the time right? Not that it helps at night but during the day. Learned this through the HV. Was a game changer.

I should add though that you then quickly cool it further in a bowl of cold water, under the cold tap

When my son was on reflux milk I found it mixed better when the boiled water was cooler and I also used to add 1 tiny drop of infacol into the bottle and this massively reduced the foam.
