2 month old ingrown nail

My LG is 9 1/2 weeks old and I just noticed today she has a sore toe, is this an ingrown toenail? If so what the bloody hell do I do about it 😳 attached photo for reference

Realised I should of put this in children's health category 🤦🏼‍♀️ can admin move for me please?

Hmm could be. My son had one at a young age, was told to massage the skin down and push away from the toenail often if that makes sense? Make sure it doesn’t get more red around the nail. If it does I would take to GP as may need antibiotics if gets infected.
