2 month old really unsettled at night after 8 week jabs

I’m a new mum and my little boy had his jabs 2 days ago, beforehand he had been doing so well at night, settling between 7-8pm and doing nearly a 4 hour stretch with 2-3 hr stretches after that. Since his jabs, I have been up every hour with him unsettled, not exactly crying as such but fussing and seems to be some discomfort. I’d like to think this is the side effects of the jabs as the rotavirus oral dose is live so presumably would upset his tummy. He had been passing a lot of wind during the couple of days and has finally passed a stool. I’m just wondering whether anyone else experienced this with their baby and how long it tended to go on for? Very tired mummy!

Sounds normal. Hopefully he'll be back to himself in a couple of days.

DD now 4yo was very unsettled after her 8 week jabs (she also ran a sudden fever on the second day, so watch out for that). It probably lasted 3 days or so.

Later jabs were fine by comparison.

I just remember her lying naked except for a nappy under a very light scarf of mine on the sofa looking hot and angry.

I should add her being out of sorts lasted 3 days, the fever was only a few hours (we took her to the out of hours GP for the fever, being so little).
