7 month old sleep!

My DD is 7 months old now. I have been very lucky with a good sleeper since she was 6 weeks. She has always slept through. Even throughout the "sleep regressions". I know they don't necessarily affect all babies and I just thought of myself being incredibly lucky that my LG sleeps through the night.

From the past couple of weeks her sleep has changed dramatically. For example - last night she went to bed at 7.30pm, woke up at 11, then at 3, then 4, then 6! It's been like that for a couple of weeks now. There's been the exception of one or two good nights within those two weeks but I just don't understand why it's changed so much. Her routine is exactly the same, we haven't changed anything but now I'm thinking maybe we need to?

She is FF and last night I gave her a bottle at 3am thinking she was hungry, she drank the bottle but then continued to wake up every hour after that!

I thought perhaps she is teething and that is disturbing her sleep but she has been teething for a while now and it's never bothered her at night, unless it is now.

We never used to give her a dummy at night time, only for day time naps but the past couple of weeks we have given her a dummy at night (no idea why) and when she has been waking up, we give her a dummy again and she falls straight back to sleep so maybe it's that her dummy keeps falling out and she wants it but I can't keep waking up every hour to put a dummy inSad

Any suggestions what this could be and a solution we could perhaps try?

Thank you!

Im following with interest. I have a 6.5 month old and his sleep has gone to bits over the last few weeks. I wondered if perhaps theres just a lot of development going on at the moment.

It’s very rare that babies sleep well as a new
Born and continue to sleep without any issues. One of my friends daughter slept through until
1 and since then has been up all night.

May just have to ride it out unfortunately

Could be time to adjust daytime sleep? How much is she getting?
