Should I change bed time?

My dd is 3 months old. She has been following mine and husbands bed time. We go to bed at 11pm, and then I give her her last feed and I put her down at about 12am. She then sleeps uninterrupted until 10am. Is this too late for her to be going to sleep and waking up? I see a lot of parents putting their babies to sleep early evening...

I do similar, LO is 4 months but she wakes at 8-9am. I have been doing this from about 10 weeks. She's happy, I'm happy so won't be changing any time soon 😁

Just to add I do get her ready for bed at about 7, has a bottle and sleeps until about midnight then we go up to bed

You should do whatever works for you and your family. Your DD seems to be getting plenty of sleep so that’s great.

DS does 7 til 7 (5 months old). 7pm bedtime allows us a couple of baby free hours in the evening and 7am lets DH feed and spend some time with him before starting work.

Do whatever works for you. Tbh, you'll probably find it'll all go a bit awry in the coming months anyway with things like teething and any sleep regressions you might hit so I'd just do whatever works for you!

Not at all. Mine slept midnight till noon and still A night owl now at 10. As long as it works for you it’s all good.

By around 3-4 months old, I found my DS wanted to be in bed by 7pm or he’d get hysterical. I was surprised, I didn’t think he’d fall into that sort of bedtime until earlier. He’d still often wake for a feed at 11pm, but he needed that few hours sleep before hand too.

If your baby sleeps for 10 hours do not change a single thing.

We do similar, baby sits up with us all evening napping and drinking as she likes. Then we do final feed about 11pm then put her in crib, today she slept til 8.30 am! We are going to gradually see if we can put her in the crib a bit earlier

I did this with my first because he wouldn’t go to bed any earlier. It was great, loved the lie ins. I made the most of it because knew it was one of those things that you could only do with your first baby!
