Saggy boobs after pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Has anyone else had this problem :( I'm 21 and my baby is 7 months, my boobs are soo saggy. They used to be my best asset, they were so perky and i never had to wear a bra but now if I dont It looks they are down to my belly button swinging side to side. Anyone else who feels me with this :(

Yep, mine were the same and after BF DD for 10 months they really do hang low. I'm pregnant again now and plan to BF again so no doubt they'll be even worse afterwards.
I know we shouldn't be caught up on our outer appearance, but it's completely normal to be bothered by it. I've also been ravaged by stretch marks this pregnancy, which I wasn't in my first.
Once I stop BF this time round my plan is to get super fit and in shape.
If all else fails I wouldn't be opposed to a breast lift in the future. I don't care if that makes me shallow.

Have been breastfeeding for over 5 years with only a few months break between kids
And my boobs are officially sacks of skin 😬
But for me the positive is they used to be massive (too big for my frame) and now they are a much more normal size
So with a bra on they look better than before really
Without a bra though.... it ain't pretty
I wear bra let's around the house as cannot go bra less!

Worth it though!

And I've managed to get to a point where the rest of my body is pretty good (lockdown exercise) so I can accept my tits being abit shit

I can imagine it being hard if your boobs were once amazing though, mine were always big and I hated them

It's hard and shit but just keep reminding yourself it's all worth it for your baby
And a lot of images in the media and on social media are fake so never compare to them

I suggest following someone called malin Anderson (she was on love island I think)
Just yesterday she posted a picture of her saggy boobs in appreciation! It made me feel soooo much better
