Poor naps

Hello

My DS is 19 weeks today. His napping is basically non existent unless I'm holding him and rocking him. I find myself getting increasingly angered by it now, as he inevitably ends up being grizzly and overtired. He fights his sleep like crazy. I do a dark room, white noise, he's in a grobag. I don't know what else to do with him and its really starting to get to me. DH works long hours, so I feel like I'm bringing him up by myself. Just want it to start getting easier.

Any ideas? Do I try cry it out?

Please don’t cry it out.

Is he ff or bf? If bf will he feed to sleep?

Have you tried talking him for a walk in a sling or a pram? Alternatively cuddling and rocking while you sit on the sofa while you watch TV.
