Does anyone know a good daytime routine plan for 3-month olds onwards? I'm so confused about what I should be doing with baby all day, when to feed them and how often they should be napping at this stage. How much and how often to feed? (Baby is bottle fed formula). How long should activities be and how frequent should activities be around quiet time. All the websites have differing info and I'm so confused!!

@5GoldRing hi, I’ve followed the blissful baby books and routines since the beginning with me DD and it’s worked a treat. She is 14 weeks old. 3 month old babies are only supposed to be able to stay awake for 1.5-2 hours max and have 2 40-45 min naps one in the morning and one in the evening and then a 1.5-3 hour nap in the afternoon. I usually give her tummy time, interact with toys or take her for walks in the time she is awake.
