Babies don't need shoes until they're on their feet and cruising, at which point you can take them to a shoe shop to have them fitted. No need for a non walking/cruising child to have shoes!

If you have a printer go on the Startrite website. They have a down loadable template that you can use to measure feet.

Baby shoes usually come in ages so 6-12 months she won't fit into proper shoes until she is walking

If it's just to go with a Christmas outfit just get her some soft slipper type ones (they won't stay on though).

Cheeseycheeseycheesecheese · 28/09/2020 10:18

Could you look at getting her some ballet shoe style socks instead? That way you wouldn't need to worry about sizing her?

Pipapple · 28/09/2020 10:20

I never buy shoes in advance at any age, it's so hard to predict sizing!

@snowballer
it was mostly we soft shoes for pictures as we have a photo shoot for her and a family photo shoot for Xmas and Halloween 🎃
but she is already moving herself around the house in her Walkie I have baby grows with we grips on the feet for that though

you go to clarks and the measure them

Babies don't need shoes - and certainly nothing tight enough to need a specific size. Just get something soft in 6-12.

When she starts cruising she's best in bare feet, or slippers with grips if it's cold. She doesn't need proper shoes until she's been walking about six weeks - just soft moccasins (like Dotty Fish) will be fine.

I'd just get those tights or socks that look like shoes at this age
