I'm assuming this is normal but I can't find much online and I'm interested to know how it works. My 2 month old is awake for about an hour-hour and a half during the day then naps for 45min-2 hours on and on, then like clockwork 6pm until 5/6am all she does is sleep, wake, eat/need held for comfort, sleep again and repeat. Obviously I'm glad because its makes things easier at night but I had no idea this was something that happened? Probably sounds stupid its hard to explain, I guess I was just under the impression that they couldn't tell day from night for a long time to go and that babies are round the clock constant routines like daytime (I know maybe that's stupid but this is my first and I've honestly no idea, nothing online seems to refer to this way my daughter sort of switches off later during the day and night?). Is there a way to switch this routine to later? Sometimes i sleep with her once she starts this but its pretty early for me. But then if I dont the 5/6am rise hits hard
