Best car seats?

What is the best car seat for my 14 month old and ideally to last for a long time?? The joie one was recommended to me by my cousin but she said the downfall is that if your baba falls asleep you have to unplug the seat in order for it to recline and so wake the baby?
I want an all round good car seat, recommendations please 😃 TIA xx

You also want to think about weight limit. My dd was heigh percentile so got an extended rear facing one that goes up to 25kg. Joie tend to be rear facing until 18kg. A good band name is recommended such as joie and britax as they tend to be safer ie in a crash, side protection and the speed of crash they are tested to. Also, if the seat is compatible with your car. The Facebook car seat group is great for this kind of advice.
