Not sure if I'm out this in the right board...
I know I'm entitled to any holiday which I accrue during my maternity leave which is great but unusually the company which I work has had two factory shutdowns in the time I've been off.
Should I expect my holiday entitlement to have been docked these two shutdown weeks or as I'm on mat leave should I not be docked these two weeks holiday.
My manager is going to discuss my current holiday entitlement days with me when we meet for a catch up next week and I'm just trying to figure out what to expect - I was under impression that I would not have these two shutdown weeks taken from me but I could be wrong.
Anybody work in HR or have similar experience who can advise?
