Visitation/Rule of 6

Asking for a friend. "I live in a household of 6 and DS has supervised visitation with his dad at my house. Can this take place even though it means we may be 7?"

If you live in England then if your a family of 6 sadly you can't meet with anyone else however if you live in Scotland or Wales and you have children under the age of 11 they are not included within the 6, that's my understanding xx
