Please could someone describe the actions to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star for me?

Ds (15 months) keeps doing these funny 'pointing' type hand actions everytime he hears Twinkle Twinkle which he must have learnt at nursery - however, I don't know what the actual actions are so I can't do them to encourage him.

Anyone?

Thank you - I think it must be the diamond shape that he is making then (not that you would recognise it as that!)

I had guessed the Twinkle bits as he does these really clearly - it was the bit in the middle.
