My DD is now ready for a new bath/bath seat. Any recommendations on what you used once your baby reached 6 months and no longer fit in the 0-6months baby bath?

Thank you Smile

I just lay him down in our normal
Bath at that age

I only have a shower. I got a inflatable bath. It holds the heat well good storage and my son is 3.5 still fits in it. He loves it , it’s nice and texture is good on the bottom so sitting in it is comfortable. He used to hate baths now loves them. I got mine on amazon

He just sat on the bath mat in the big bath, it was awkward for the first few baths as he was still a bit wobbly but now he has the idea it works well.

Can your baby sit up? We just bought a bath mat and sat her in the water.

I just put them our normal bath. At that age they were sitting up for themselves or mostly crawling around the bath and definitely didn’t want to be constrained.

He'll be sitting soon if not already so I think just sit him up/support him in a normal bath. We have an angel seat and my 6 month old keeps throwing himself off it, so I think we'll move to just sitting soon.

We never used a baby bath, just used the big bath and held her Smile

Thanks all. I was considering buying one of the Angel Care bath seats. She can sit up - kind of. She's still a bit wobbly and can not properly keep her back straight just yet and so I figured just sitting her in the bath would be awkward but I think she's a matter of days from sitting up properly so will hold out in the hopes she masters it soon and then all will be good.Smile Although the way things are going at the minute it seems she'll be crawling before she can sit up properlyConfusedGrin

We had a tesco baby bath from birth until 2 years and 9 months. Just put him in the actual bath now as his 6 month old brother can now sit up and they go in together. I found the baby bath saved water and the tesco one is big.
