Supporting learning

Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone else has this problem.
I work a lot and I don't feel that I am supporting my little girls learning as much as I should. She's 5 and so the long break from school has definitely not been great - also I have had to juggle working and parenting, which has not been easy. So, I was wondering if there are any quick activities or places I can find short activities that I can do to help her education. We talk a lot and I read with her every night, but I just feel like the time away from school has had a bit of a negative affect and I'd like a little guidance and support, maybe finding things I can do with her at home. But, also that don't take lots of prep work. I am an engaged parent - but sometimes I do have to work long hours and I feel a bit guilty that I maybe don't do enough with her. sorry this has turned into a bit of a gushy post - any help would be really appreciated.

Is she in reception or year 1? What do you feel she needs help with? Do you both read to her and listen to her read every day?

She's in year 1. I read with her everyday and listen to her read too. But, I just want to do a little more - I feel like so many other parents are more involved and do a lot with their kids that I just don't feel I have time to do. That's why I want to find quick fun things that I can do to support her education. I don't really know what in - I suppose letter and number learning.

My daughter is in reception so they are at different places. Probably the best think to do is to email her teacher and ask them what she would benefit from at home. There are resources you can pay for like twink but careful with more formal learning as you don’t want to put her off.
