Empty nest

Anyone on here who's children are going to university in the next couple of weeks and will be experiencing an empty nest? How are you going to cope, any ideas?

My dd is just starting her masters. I felt awful when she first went to uni. Make plans. Keep yourself busy. Arrange to visit if you can, but offer to cancel if they have plans (it's important for them to get involved in uni life). We FaceTimed every day for the first week until she felt more confident.
