Thanks

Honestly if mines anything to go by anything they shouldn't be playing with. Wipe packets, charger cables, coffee cups, cat food, tv remotes etc Grin

Actual toys he likes to play with are stacking rings, wooden blocks, anything with metal on to chew, books, rainbow scarves, his jumperoo, grimms rainbow and anything that pops up when you press or turn a button.

My DD is 9 months and she loves things she can press that makes noise and has lights. We bought her some bongos that light up and play songs and she is obsessed 🙈 Musical instruments and her jumperoo are still firm favourites too. Our most recent purchase was an activity table so she can practise her standing.

@JNewts leave a drawer opened. Or a cupboard. Or the recycling bin. Those things keep my one entertained for a bit. Also any cat toys, empty bottles... anything BUT baby toys.

Treasure baskets

Tomy egg sorting toys last for year. My 4 year old still plays with hers in the toy kitchen
