Too much formula?

My LG is now 11 weeks old. Being on formula now roughly 8/9 weeks due to a supply and demand issue.
We have a prep machine which makes life easier due to also having a 2 year old.
I have being making her 6oz bottles but only realised the machine was set to 5oz. She had had 2 bottles made like this.

I'm having major mum guilt as I'm worried I've done something. She has being irritable today but she is also teething and have being sick a lot more then normal.
Other then that she seems herself.
Should I contact out of hours? I'm really unsure on what to do.
Feel awful!

I'm no expert but I'm sure she will be fine OP. When I had my first baby he was EBF. I ended up in A&E and my ex had to look after him short notice so he had no choice but to give formula. Well his dad had no idea you had to put the water in first (don't know why he didn't read the instructions though!! I was NOT happy) so he had about 4 bottles that were made up powder first, so they were probably pretty concentrated. He was absolutely fine.

We have done this on accident with the prep machine and he was totally fine. Try not to worry
