My two year old has his dummy at bedtime, I really want him to stop using them now but he's so attached! His speech is actually really advance, talks so well but how would you take them away? With my DS1 when he was 3 years and 4 months old, he was sick on his on and didn't want it anymore, he threw it in the bin himself, he's 6 now with ASD and he wasn't as attached to his dummy as my youngest is.
What should I do?

Oh to add I to think maybe it had something to do with my eldest being at preschool, he was there for 3 months and then just didn't want his dummy
Thanks in advance 😊
