Is my baby cutting a back tooth at 14 weeks?

i everybody I probably sound the daftest person ever but it looks like my baby has started to cut a back tooth at 14 weeks! He wasn’t himself for a few days crying A lot more than usual (which after 4 hours I gave him some calpol and it seemed to calm him down) off his food, constantly chewing his fist, drooling loads, and randomly waking up in his sleep crying/screaming. He usually sleeps and eats really well and rarely cries unless he’s hungry, this went on for 4 days and on the 5th day it was like nothing had ever been wrong completely back to his normal self except he was still sucking his fist but I think babies usually do this around he’s age anyway. When he was doing me a great big smile I saw something in the Back of his mouth at the top on the right hand side, it’s just like a white mark but feels abit hard to touch, it doesn’t wipe away if you try wipe it and he gets a little fussy if you touch it doesn’t cry as such just wimpers. I have tried ringing my HV but she hasn’t rang me back yet so I’m planning on ringing our GP on Monday morning but just wondering if anybody has had any ideas on what it could be because surely it can’t be a back tooth yet? Thanks everyone any answers appreciated

I do have a picture of it by the way but I’m not sure how to post it if anybody can tell me how I can gladly upload it?

Google epstiens pearls. Does it look like that? It's really unlikely that it's a molar as they don't normally cut until over a year. To attach a picture you use the little paperclip symbol but if you are a new user you are not allowed to post pictures for 48hrs (I think)

Usually they cut front teeth first

Thank you both I’m sure it’s far too early for back teeth from what I’ve read it seems to be the same chance of them been born with teeth as them cutting a back tooth first 🙈 I’ve looked at Epstein’s pearl it does look a little like that but it’s more under the skin if that makes sense?
