Is my baby teething at 8 weeks?!

since couple of days my baby is really irataited he keeps crying for no reason when I put my finger in his mouth he bites it really hard and just not a happy baby doesn't sleep to well either my friend mentioned he could be teething what do guys think ? I think its too early tbh he just wont let me take a picture 🤣

My son had his first teeth at 8 weeks so it is possible. I always found he had runny poos and red cheeks when he was teething. I can't really see any teeth yet in your photos but he may well be teething as it can take a while.

@follygirl oh wow he has normal poop his checks are a bit red and he also keeps sticking out his tongue alot and doesn't take his dummy either now

To be honest it's so difficult to work out what's bothering them at that age.
Unfortunately your baby is too young for Calpol (well it was when 14 yo ds was that age). I did give him homeopathic sachets when he had his teeth at 8 weeks, perhaps give that a try? Or ask your health visitor what to recommend.

My DD rarely cried and then suddenly at 8 weeks old she cried for two hours - I checked out why as it was so unusual and she had a tooth through! She didn’t get any others for a while after, for which I was grateful as I was breastfeeding!
