Nappy rash

Hi,

Yesterday I noticed that my baby's balls had a little red patch and today I've noticed these little red spots/rash above his willy. They're slightly more worse now than in the picture.

Does this look like nappy rash or something else? I always thought nappy rash was on their bum?

Anyone know what I can try and put on it?

Thanks x

Maybe try sudecrem first

Nappy rash is anywhere that urine or faeces is on the skin for an extended amount of time, if the nappy is rubbing against the skin or if the skin hasn't been cleaned properly following urination or defecation.

Sudacrem often helps, as does some nappy free time (on a towel or something in case of accidents) to allow the skin to breath and get air to the area
