Bad latch at night

Hi my 10 day old has been doing great with breast feeding during the day. Every 2 hours or so, good latch and is putting on weight. However at night she's like a different baby. I feed her around 11pm ish and then she tends to wake about 2am hungry again. But during night she just won't latch on properly. So we're then in a cycle of her being tired and hungry, not latching well and then not settling as she's not getting enough milk. By about 8am she's back to 'normal'. Its really getting difficult as I'm struggling to stay awake and we are both getting frustrated. I've tried stripping her off, changing mappy before feed to wake her up, moving to another room, changing positions but nothing helping so far. Any ideas or suggestions???

How do you feel about a tiny bit of formula? I used to give DD2 a few sips of formula when she was as too hangry to latch and it was enough to calm her down so I could get her latch properly.
