Hello,

My little boy is 7 months old has had reflux diagnosed since he was about 8 weeks (vomiting, lots of spit up) He is on omeprazole. No projectile vomiting for the last 6 weeks. Then all of a sudden the last 2 nights he has literally emptied the contents of his stomach. He is absolutely fine in himself, good appetite. Should I be concerned?

Teething? DD1 always used to vomit at 3 in the morning when teething.

Could be an allergic reaction to food.

Baby’s vomit always looks projectile, it’s evolutional trait so they don’t choke on their vomit. To be truly projectile it has to several a couple of meters.
