How the flip do you change a crawling baby's nappy?

DD is so excited to be on the move that every time I try and change her she wiggles away. Changing nappies is taking an age!

SIL recommended pull-up nappies but I don't think they come in a small enough size (3).

Any tips, before she escapes poo-ily again?

Haha hahaha if only holding them down and telling them no worked, or distraction for long.

@Reallybadidea had a very similar idea only dp thinks it unacceptable for some reason. Just because he has big hands and can hold all four limbs securely at once...

If anyone's tried it does the over the knee or head between the legs techniques work with a big strong 98th centile two year old with a mushy poo?

One of my favourite videos of DD is DP trying and failing to change her nappy when she started crawling; just pure octopus. I think I did a lot of chasing, pinning down, quiet swearing, started my own MN thread on a similar topic, and eventually it sort of got better.

Now she’s older and toddling, at weekends we quite often both do changes – fireman’s lift over DP’s shoulder while I address the bum end. Otherwise she currently quite enjoys being face down on my lap pretending to be a baby again.
