Baby hasn’t fed since 2.30pm - help

My baby boy is 4 months old. Today he’s had feeds at 1am, 6.30am, 11am and 2.30pm. He napped from 8.15am-9am and 11am-midday, at which point we sadly had to wake him to go out as we were meeting friends for lunch. We got home at 3.30pm and I took him up for a nap at 4pm, as he’d been awake for four hours by that point (he sometimes finds it difficult to fall asleep in his pram or sling when we’re out and seems to prefer his cot at home).

It took 1.5 hours to get him to sleep (I think because he was very overtired) but he finally dozed off at 5.30pm and has been asleep ever since. His usual bedtime is 7pm.

I’m so worried as he hasn’t fed since 2.30pm (although he has had 750ml today, so that’s something at least).

I just really struggled as we were out of our usual routine with the lunch - and the fact that he wasn’t able to nap in his pram whilst we were out really put a spanner in the works.

Now I’m so worried that he’s not fed since 2.30pm. Should I wake him now for a feed do you think - and for future reference, what should I have done differently?! I wish I’d fed him before he fell asleep at 5.30pm, but I started putting him down at 4pm, which was only 1.5 hours after his last feed - so I wasn’t sure what to do.

This has never happened before - I’m so confused and worried Sad
