Baby being sick before bed

Hi everyone . My six month old has been heaving and being sick on her last bottle for the last few days. Normally she brings a little bit of milk up when being winded. However the last few days she’s been heaving and being sick often . Even when putting her dummy in before bed she heaves then is sick. Has anyone else’s baby had a similar phase. I feel like she does this as a way of saying she’s had enough milk

My DD did this on and off during her first year. She still occasionally did it up to 18 months at the dinner table. I used to watch her like a hawk so I could get her bib to catch the vomit if she started bringing it all back up. I think she just had a very strong gag reflex. She was always like that though. From birth I'd have to breast feed her covered in towels coz there was a high risk of her vomiting up her last feel before bedtime. If this is a new behaviour at 6 months I'd call the HV for advice.
