Stupid me left the paintbrush out in the kitchen after painting the skirting boards this morning.

White emulsion !

Turned around and DD was sucking the paintbrush, paint over mouth, white tongue. Rinsed as soon as with water.

Do I need to ring 111? Worried.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No. She’ll be fine

Yes I'd call them now

She'll be fine but call 111 anyway - my DS drank turps when he was about 15 months - it was awful! It happened at a friends house and she had it stored with no lid, under the table which we couldn't see, but he could - he thought was water i guess - scary but he was fine (albeit he vomited down my top in the ambulance and I left it because I was so busy with DS so when I did get showered and changed I had burns across my chest, lasted for a few weeks!
These thjngs happen 🥺
