Exhaggerated moro reflex

Hi! My 5 week old has done this about 4 times, less common nowadays but I came across the phrase, "exhaggerated moro reflex" online and it describes the symptons exactly - out of nowhere, completely tense, hands in air, red face, lasts about 5 secs then a huge scream. Not like the normal reflex. Nothing online really gives much insight and i didnt think too much about it until I came across it today, wikipedia says its often seen in babies with brain damage or something?! I guess I just want to know if anybody else has seen or experienced this and if all was well or if i should be worried, shes healthy and developing normally otherwise

Mine did this, it was scary but just completely stopped at 2.5 months ish. He's 4 months now and not had it in a while and is developing well. I read it can be a reaction to intense pain from wind or sudden reflux x
