Toddler only wanting mom for bed, cleaning teeth and getting changed

Daughter will only let her mom read her a bed time story and put her down to bed, plus cleaning her teeth and getting her changed. Always used to let me do these things but no wont and just screams until nearly makes herself sick, any ideas as to why she suddenly doesn't want me and just mom

It’s a phase that most children go through. Do these things together with your wife for now and it will pass.

This is a very common phase. The best course of action is to not make a big deal about it. It will pass before you know it.

DS did this for a while wanting only me, then a few months later wanted DH all the time and I was old news .

As the op said either do these things all together or frankly just wait for it to pass and enjoy a hiatus from bedtime routine - it won't last long....

I pretend to go out every other night, it's the only way my DS will let his dad do anything for him. We've been doing it for 2months and it's really strengthen their bond.
