Question about 4w 5d baby awake time?

Online it says that a baby about this age should be awake for around 30 min to an hour between naps at this stage? I very rarely have wake time with my baby other than when she needs her needs fufilled, most commonly she wakes, wants fed (which only takes her about 5-10 min), and then dozes right off again. Is this normal?

Also maybe I should mention she doesn't sleep long stretches, it's always 10mins to an hour. It's rare to have longer than that, maybe that plays a role in her awake time?
