Toddler Carrying with Diastasis Recti

I hope it's ok to post this question as a new thread. I know plenty of people will have asked about baby & toddler wearing before but I specifically need recommendations of good toddler carriers for someone who needs to take especially good care of her core abdominal muscles.

I have a bad case of diastasis recti and potential incisional hernia from my second emergency c-section - so I have to be careful when carrying my 20 month old. She's a long baby with dangly long legs lol so carrying in my sling around the back is a bit clumsy and she seems uncomfortable. I've been continuing to carry her round the front with my sling but it's exasperating my problems.

Has anyone got relevant experience and advice to offer?

Thanks in advance :)
