I've started getting flustered so easily before we go out

I don't know what is wrong with me at the moment. I feel like I get really flustered and stressed before we go out. I have everything laid out and organised as well so there is no need for me to get like this. It's just started happening. I get really hot and sweat and I have to stand outside for a few minutes.

How old are your children? How recently has this started? Could it be anything related to Covid anxiety, maybe about going out?

Oh god I do this! No matter how much I organise, the final ten minutes before leaving I’m either furious (at what? Why?!) or about to have a nervous breakdown. My Dp hates it, and it stresses us all out so much - but I don’t know how to stop. It’s not as easy as being organised, that doesn’t seem to change it at all.

I’m starting CBT therapy in a couple of weeks due to anxiety (other causes than covid) so I do wonder if it is related.

I was like this - acupuncture changed my life, genuinely.

I stopped getting all hot and sweaty when stressed after about 6 sessions and it's never come back.

Ooh this sounds great! Did you have to ask for a specific thing?

She's 20 months old. Just the one child.
I feel so silly! It's just come out of nowhere and the sweating is what annoys me the most my face gets hot etc. I think it is anxiety but what from I don't know as I'm not an anxious person usually. I find myself rushing allot when I don't even need to rush.

No, I just went and explained what the problem was, six sessions later, boom, cured!

Sounds like panic attacks. There are some fantastic podcasts if they’re your thing

Wow, I could have written your post when my kids were small. I felt like everything had to be done now and right, I'm sure I was a pain in the arse. It's better now they're older. And also, seriously, acupuncture!
