14 month old behaviour

Hello, just wondering if anyone has any tips for my 14 month old. I know his behaviour is just his age but I'm struggling a bit with it and just want to be able to help encourage better behaviour somehow.

He has started screaming at the top of his lungs both just to make noise but also in complete protest if he's not allowed to do something like he's having tantrums already
Kicking and hitting his big sister either with his hands or with toys
Biting

At the moment I say no and remove him from the situation but it's not making much difference and he is just getting a real temper.

Any tips on how to calm him a bit?! We didn't have any of this first time round
so I feel a bit out my depth!

Thank you

You sound like you're doing the right thing. Say no, remove from situation, distract then ignore the protests. Repeat. Make sure anyone else looking after him is doing the same thing. Consistency is really important.
