Yesterday morning I noticed my 5 month old had started to cough a little more than usual, he was coughing once every few hours and one was a wheezy cough. He never usually does this. he would usually sleep from till 6am without waking up but last night he was up every hour and coughed twice throughout the night but even when he wasnt coughing he was up stiring all night which is also unusual. At his first feed this morning ( he is formula fed) he projectile vomited the whole bottle up he currently takes 7ozs. I thought he maybe had to cough during his bottle which may have cause this. the rest of the day he hasnt coughed much. He has however been fussy with his feeds and hasnt took full bottles and also is being a little bit sick after some bottles which he never does. He also keeps scratching his head and ear while getting his bottle leaving himself cut. He has normal wet nappies which is good. The doctors referred me to a covid assessment as he had a cough but they gave the all clear and said he could just have a viral infection. I am just worried now that he seems to be choking on his bottles or refusing them in someway and is bringing some of the bottle up. Should I worry or let it wait a few days to see if it will pass

If you've had to use the word unusual then do not hesitate. Personally, I'd take dc straight to doctors or even ring 111 if it's getting worse? Risk nothing for little ones. They're so precious! Even if it is nothing to worry about, it's your mind at rest too :) hope he's okay :)
