Introducing Cot Naps-6.5 month old

Hi
Ive just started introducing a cot nap for my little boy who is 6.5 months old. I've been putting him down for his 2nd nap of the day and seems to be going well so far, usually we go for a walk for the 1st, cot 2nd and walk or car 3rd, I would like to introduce another one maybe for his 1st. I don't no why but I'm worrying that he may start getting his night and day confused and maybe start waking after he's been put down at night thinking it's a nap? We keep the routine different as he always has a bath at night, any experience of this happening at all? Thank you xx

I put my DD down for all naps in the next2me & haven’t experienced that at all.

I started around 5 months. Made a great transition for her to move into her room which she did around 7 months.

No problems with it effected any other sleep. If anything it improved it

@PrayingandHoping great thank you!! The quality of his naps are so much better in his cot I've noticed :) x
